Get involved,
get inspired

We depend on volunteers to make a difference in the lives of the youth we serve. There are many avenues to explore – depending on your expertise, interests, or schedule.

Children and Teens

Volunteers provide reading assistance, homework help, and mentoring, including opportunities for one-on-one and group tutoring.

Do you have a specific skill set you would like to share? We are always interested in talking with volunteers who wish to share their specific experience or interests through new classes or workshops! Volunteers have introduced our youth to improvisational comedy, archery, gardening, composting, and more.

Current opportunities:

  • Enrichment activities for students K-8 on out-of-school days:
    October 12
    November 3, 6, and 11

Garden Committee

Want to plan, plant, and produce? We have a big garden in need of regular care.

The garden committee gathers on the weekends to help keep our plants happy and healthy.
